Garden Cottage is very popular with couples throughout the year and also provides ideal holiday accommodation for a family of two adults and two children.

Accessed through the former stable
courtyard, this delightful self-contained ground floor property forms part of the Grade II Listed Old Rectory. A glazed patio door leading directly from the living room on to a private south-facing
sheltered patio with a one-acre lawned garden, where there are more quiet corners with teak garden furniture.
The property has been attractively refurbished to retain the charm and character of the original building. South facing windows with working shutters overlook the Rectory gardens, providing
an abundance of natural light and sunshine.
The accommodation, all on the one ground floor level, comprises a reception hall, leading into an integrated kitchen / living area with a large original inglenook fireplace housing a
wood-burning stove, a wall-mounted 37 inch flat-screen television and DVD player, and a glazed garden door providing access to the patio and lawns.
There is one children's bedroom with full-size twin beds, one very light and sunny king bedroom overlooking the garden, and a tiled and wood panelled bathroom with shower over bath.
Much of the charm of the house is in the spectacular period features found in every room.
