directly from the doorstep, and a large lawned private garden and south-facing patio.
On the ground floor, an entrance lobby / cloakroom leads to a hallway and shower room / wc. The light and airy lounge has an open log fireplace, windows with working wooden shutters,
and a large glazed door opening south into the patio and garden. The farmhouse kitchen is very well equipped, light and airy, and looks into the garden, drive and paddock.
The sleeping accommodation is on the first floor. There, you will find a large bedroom, which overlooks the paddock and stream, and offers a choice of super-king or twin beds. The
south king bedroom looks into the garden and towards the Cheviot Hills; and the centre bedroom has twin beds. There is also a newly refitted upstairs family bathroom / wc.
