This property boasts beautiful stonework, secluded south-west-facing gardens, and an attractive arch leading from the kitchen into the patio and garden area. Internally, traditional ceiling beams and oak flooring are obvious evidence of the attention lavished on this property, which extends to the smallest detail. It is a Northumbria luxury holiday cottage that sleeps four with one king bedroom and one twin bedroom.

This property features a superb hand-painted country kitchen with granite tops, twin circular sinks and terracotta floor tiling with Mexican inserts.

Both the kitchen and a light airy garden room (length through 26 x 14 ft) lead directly on to a private patio and enclosed lawn with garden seating beneath an old lime tree.

The lounge is of the very highest quality, finished with wide oak floor boarding, a polished beam ceiling and a large inglenook fireplace housing a log stove, and equipped with a wall-mounted 40 inch flat-screen television and DVD.

A spacious tiled shower room / wc is located off the downstairs hall.

The sleeping accommodation is on the first floor, where you will find one king bedroom and one twin bedroom, facing south and west. There is also a large, fully tiled bathroom / wc with an over bath shower and fluffy white towels.
