Sleeping four, it provides ideal holiday accommodation for a family of two adults and two children.

delightful self-contained ground floor property forms part of the Grade II Listed Old Rectory. Accessed through the
former stable courtyard, it has been attractively refurbished to retain the charm and character of the original
building. South facing windows with working shutters overlook the Rectory gardens, providing an abundance of natural
light and sunshine.
The accommodation comprises a reception hall, leading into an integrated kitchen / living area with a large original
inglenook fireplace housing a wood-burning stove. There is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, and a tiled and wood
panelled bathroom with shower over bath. Much of the charm of the house is in the spectacular period features found in
