How to Book a Self Catering Cottage
Either – Book online
You can book online using mobile phone, tablet or computer. From the Cottage page please look at the price/availability screen which is up to date and simply follow the on screen instructions to book your luxury holiday getaway!
When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide on the booking form. This does not form the contract between us, a contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by email, when price will also be confirmed.

Simply phone 01665 578236 or send us an email email@example.com requesting your holiday dates and we generally respond quickly. Should you have any questions at any time just email or phone as we are always glad to help.
How to pay
- Either by bank transfer, the necessary details will be emailed to you.
- Or by debit/credit card online payment at the point of booking
Gate Lodge, The Retreat, Honeysuckle Cottage and Coach House are let for full weeks and three night weekend and four night mid week short breaks all year round with changeovers on Fridays or Mondays.
Barley Mill, Bluebell byre, Stables Cottage and Dovecote are let for full weeks only in high season with Saturday changeovers. Short breaks are available between November and March when changeover days are Fridays or Mondays.
Arrivals are from 4.00 – 5.30pm on the start day until 10.00am on the day of departure, except Gate Lodge and The Retreat where arrival can be from 2pm. It is also possible to arrange a later arrival in any cottage so long as you let us know.
