
Ingram Show and Sports is a small traditional Northumberland country fair.
Packed with things of interest for everyone and held on the second Saturday of September every year.
Ingram Show features a wide range of country pursuits and interests including sheep dog trials and pony sports, terrier racing and sports for children all making for a great day out. The horticultural and handicraft exhibition tent is varied and very competitive, as is the have a go dog agility and gun dog retrieval, The event has a warm welcoming atmosphere and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sights and sounds of a country community all set against the amazing background of the Breamish Valley and Cheviot Hills near Ingram Village.
Towards the end of the day the famous Ingram Hill Race starts at Peggy Bells bridge with runners scrambling up and over the steep glidders of Brough Law, a prominent hill topped with ancient Iron Age fort overlooking Ingram and the Breamish Valley.
